As soon as your appointment request is received we will reach out to you to confirm the details. During this interaction you will receive a no-commitment estimate regarding the services requested.
Then you will be asked to pay the required deposit to secure your appointment.
If the estimates price is agreeable then it will be time to pay the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but it can be transferred to a different appointment if plans change. The deposit is also included in the repair cost, it is not an additional fee. Please note: if you do not have the correct parts by the time of your appointment, we will unfortunately be required to reschedule for a later time or date.
You will then be asked to pay the remaining balance of your bill.
When the mechanics are nearing completion, to the supplied phone number you will be sent a link to navigate to our billing portal. Here you will enter the relevant information and settle your remaining balance before the repairs are completed. You will then be asked to leave any feedback or a review so we can learn how to better assist our most valued customers in the future.
